I have been practicing Reiki for nearly two and a half years now, and I've noticed a significant increase in my Reiki energy over the last six to eight months. After fracturing my foot last November, I spent ten weeks at home focusing on my physical and mental healing.
During this time, I immersed myself in extensive meditation to help feel inner stillness and reach a higher level of consciousness. I maintained a very clean diet, incorporating several fasting days, which led to a surge in my productivity. Not only did I brainstorm new treatment ideas for my business, but I also experienced intuitive growth.
I made the decision to let Reiki energy fully guide my sessions. By setting aside my logical mind, I allow this powerful energy to lead the way. I call upon Reiki to surround and assist me during each session. I completely remove myself from the equation, acting solely as a channel for Reiki to flow through, enabling my clients to receive this healing energy. I often liken it to a watering can: if Reiki is the water and my client is the plant, I am simply the vessel that delivers it.
I possess no special abilities or gifts, only the purest loving intention for those I serve. Reiki is the life force that keeps the universe in perfect harmony; as humans, we cannot claim to be healers—Reiki is the true healer, and without this divine source, we are just cosmic dust.
