A Reiki Story

 We often contemplate our purpose in life.  I realised I had discovered mine when I was introduced to the practice of Reiki.  This method involves channeling pure divine energy from the universe into ourselves with the intention of healing and clearing blocked energy from our chakras or energy centres.  

While some may find this concept strange or overly mystical, it is truly something that can only be understood through personal experience, rather than merely through reading.  I would like to share a meaningful Reiki story that affirmed for me that this was indeed my purpose in life.

Last July, Deepika, a new client came to see me for eyebrow threading.  During the session we spoke about Reiki healing, she mentioned that she had read about it a couple of weeks prior to visiting me and stumbled upon my Instagram page. 

Curious about how it works, she decided to book a session for the following week.  After the Reiki session, I shared my findings regarding the blockages I sensed in her lower chakras. She revealed that she had been trying to conceive for nine years and had consulted many doctors and specialists, all of whom diagnosed her with unexplained infertility. 

I explained that Reiki operates on a deep, energetic level, enhancing our emotional, physical, and mental well-being by clearing stagnant energy that can disrupt the body's energy flow. I suggested she practice daily meditation and maintain a healthy diet. 

After some time without hearing from her, she returned for eyebrow threading, carrying a lovely gift for me. When I looked down, I noticed her visibly pregnant belly, and I couldn't help but burst into tears. We hugged, overwhelmed with joy at the unbelievable wonder that had occurred. Her dream had finally come true!  After waiting nine long years, she conceived just a week after her first Reiki session.

Earlier this month, she welcomed a beautiful, healthy baby boy into the world. I am absolutely thrilled for her and her family. My belief and respect for this divine power has grown tremendously.  Thank you, Reiki, once again.

A Life-Changing Experience with Reiki - Grateful Beyond Words to Puja
